EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND REPORT SYSTEMS TO ADDRESS CONCERNS PROACTIVELY

We are committed to being highly responsive to any problem or concern that may arise; and in order to address these issues proactively and effectively we have a proven communication and report system in place.

Once a problem arises a job ticket is opened, and a reference number is allocated for tracking progress. All contractors will be given this number to facilitate their work and it will appear on all related documentation to keep all parties up to date. By identifying, assessing and solving concerns in a timely manner we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
